Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe (born in Paris) is an French actor from France. She is most famous for her character as Bondgirl, the anti-heroine Severine in Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond movie. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. But, the credits do not reflect her appearance with Sophie Marceau in Un bonheur n'arrive alone. Additionally, she is an ambassador for the brand Omega Watches. Berenice is of French Chinese descent and Cambodian descent, was born on the 19th of May 1979, in Paris France. Born into a French-speaking middle-class family, Berenice was surrounded by an Chinese father as well as a Cambodian mother. Her father was a doctor and her mother was an educator. While a young girl living in Paris she was fascinated by art and would spend much of her time painting and playing the piano. For her music and painting were two great passions that have shaped her life and profession. Jack Waltzer ran a Jack Waltzer workshop. she was enthralled by acting and it became a new passion for her. Following this, she went on to study for 10 years at the Paris Conservatory. Once she finished her studies, she began auditioning for roles in films, and she got her first role on The Discordance (2007). In the beginning of her career, she struggled to land target parts that could enhance her character. The actor has an enormous influence on the film industry. Most filmmakers and film companies they approached her with a negative attitude because of her absence of knowledge.
