Amanda Elizabeth Righetti, an American producer and actress. The actress became well-known for her role as special agent Grace Van Pelt on CBS's police procedural drama 'The Mentalist. Righetti was born in Utah she always longed to be a performer. When she was just four years old, young, she began to dance. The first time she appeared on the big screen in 1995 with the movie "Love and Happiness. in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation the actress made her debut on the television screen as the CBS guest actor. Righetti started her modeling career as a model at 14 years old. She moved from New York to Los Angeles four years later and remained in small but important roles until she was spotted in the recurring role Hailey Nichol on Fox's teen-drama 'The O.C. '. Righetti had a prominent role in the 2009 movie Friday the 13th. She also appeared on the soap series of Fox North Shore and the drama series Reunion.
